Wonderful people, they are truly caring and do an excellent job with all my critters!! They go that extra mile for me and my four legged critters, horses, dogs, goats and the cattle!! And......and this is a HUGE bonus, whenever I have been in a true emergency situation, after hours, a phone call is all it takes unlike some clinics/vets out there. Willow Bend Vets answer their phones day or night!! Keep up the great work!!
my pup ran off. she was gone for 3 days. came back with a jacked up foot and (i didnt know at the time) a broken leg. i drove an hour because i was recomended these guys. the hospitality was unmatched compared to oxford. i feel like pricing was fair. they made sure she was comfortable. they called me to let me know what was going on after id gotten home. (had to leave her there). 10/10 will go back. hopefully under better circumstances.
All of the doctors at Willow Bend are extremely dedicated and empathetic. They’ve always treated my babies like they were their own. They’ve been treating all my pits plus any random stray I may find for 6+ years and I’ve always been pleased. Dr. Thompson is amazing with my Aybee girl. She’s not too fond of strangers but he’s always been great with her!
As most of my family knows I had to make a sad decision on December 23, 2017 to have my sweet baby girl Meia put to sleep because we found out after she got sick all of a sudden that she had Cancer. I took her to Willow Bend Animal Clinic because that is where she had gone for the past 11 years and I wanted to say that the staff that work there is such caring kind hearted people, each and every person we came into contact with there just loved on my baby girl and put there personal lives on hold to allow me time to make such a difficult decision. They gathered in the room with Chris and I and were loving and talking to Meia during the process of putting her to sleep right along with Chris and I and it meant the world to me because from the time Chris bought Meia for me she was strictly my baby girl. Today when I came home from work I received the sweetest condolence card in the mail and it melted my heart. I want Dr. Childers to know what such caring employees he has at his office. Thank you for caring for my Meia and for treating her like she was a princess. I will never forget your kindness.
